This document sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of our motorcycle travel, motorcycle rental and motorcycle accessory sales services in Colombia. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.
Uso de Nuestros Servicios
Américas Bikers is dedicated to providing services in motorcycle tour sales, motorcycle rentals and motorcycle accessories for motorcycles and motorcyclists in Colombia. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Colombia. You agree that you will use our services only for lawful purposes and that you will not use our services for illegal or inappropriate activities.
Reservas para viajes y rentas o alquiler de motos
To reserve a motorcycle trip or rent a motorcycle, a non-refundable deposit is required, equivalent to the cost of the use of the motorcycle for the trip, for the time or days the user requires it. This deposit is a portion of the total cost of the rental or trip. The deposit is used to secure your reservation. The remaining payments are due prior to the date of the trip or motorcycle rental. If you cancel your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Seguro
Motorcycles rented through Américas Bikers have an all risk insurance that covers damages to third parties, in addition to the SOAT that is legal in the country. For your own protection, we recommend that you take out additional insurance to cover personal injuries in case you do not have EPS or ARL in Colombia. Americas Bikers is not responsible for any damage or injury that occurs while using a rented motorcycle or participating in a motorcycle trip organized by us.

Americas Bikers is not responsible for any accident or injury that occurs while using a rented motorcycle or participating in a motorcycle trip organized by us. You agree that you assume all risks associated with riding a motorcycle and participating in a motorcycle trip organized by us.
Cancelaciones y Cambios
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us at least 5 business days prior to the reserved date. Changes and cancellations may be subject to additional charges. Americas Bikers reserves the right to change or cancel a motorcycle trip if necessary. If we change or cancel a motorcycle trip, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Venta de Accesorios de Motocicletas
Americas Bikers sells a variety of accessories for motorcyclists and motorcycles. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the total price of the products and accept that the shipment may take up to 10 business days to arrive at destination once we receive it from our suppliers.
